Trail Description the trail surface is grass and follows gently rolling terrain. trails are easy, not challenging. traveling along lake and through a mixturer of hardwoods and fields. Many smaller trails break off from the marked trail. the entire county forest is open to riding. the area is also open to hikers and hunting. ATV are not aloud on marked trails.

Campground Other than the parking area. a big grass field for caming. there are no amenities. there is no water available, and no toilets. there is a lake to water horses.

Directions Take County road N, then west on county road C. travel north 3.1 miles, to Hall's lake Equestrian trails on right, a narrow gravel road take Hall's lake road 1.7 mile north to boat landing. camping field is on the right.

(Gently sloping or level terrain; trails are groomed or wide open; shallow or no creek crossings. ) 
 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
